What is your design process like?

My process starts with deep research from your questionnaire, moodboards, and hand sketches, all before touching the computer. From there, I present a logo proposal where you can see my process and give live feedback, so you can hear the reasoning behind each design decision without the back-and-forth of a long email chain.

I already have a brand, but I just want a glow up. Can you help?

Of course! Custom rates are available depending on scope, but a full rebrand would fall under a branding package since it's essentially a whole new identity.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes. All packages come with a built-in payment plan: 50% upfront to secure your spot, and 50% on delivery. I'm also happy to work out something different if you need it!

What deliverables will I receive?

Deliverables are agreed upon in the client contract and custom to what your business is needing. Typical deliverables may include AI, SVG, PDF, PNG, and JPEG.

Every project is a little different, so each package comes with an estimated timeline and I'll nail down the exact timing during our discovery call. Need it faster? Rush rates apply since your project would move to the front of the line.

Do you use AI in your designs?

Nope! Every design is either built from scratch or modified from licensed Adobe Stock assets, backed by 6 years of experience. I've been doing this since before AI, and that human touch is what makes your brand feel cohesive and authentic.

Do I need to worry about licensing issues?

Not at all. Logos are built from scratch or modified from licensed Adobe Stock assets, and all fonts are sourced from Adobe Fonts, Fontshare, or other free commercially licensed libraries. Just note that trademarking falls outside my scope and I'd recommend consulting a trademark attorney for that.
